Story Bundle is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is our customer’s responsibility to provide Story Bundle with the correct shipping address for an order. If a wrong address is given we will do our best to have the package redirected but do not accept any responsibility if the package is lost. No reimbursements will be made if wrong address is provided.
